The Diversity Committee works to help remove barriers to opportunity in the community and workplace for people with a diverse cultural orientation. Our programming throughout the year focuses on diversity-related topics and strives to increase awareness for diversity-related issues among our membership and their employers.
The HRAM Diversity Student Scholarship has been established to benefit worthy and capable students interested in pursuing a human resources career while encouraging increased diversity in the Human Resource profession. The Mosaic Award recognizes organizations that have made outstanding contributions to workplace diversity in Omaha.

|Photo and Video Release: HRAM and BlueCross BlueShield of Nebraska (BCBS) often take photographs and video during our symposiums for use in brochures and on the Web. By registering you agree that HRAM and BCBS may use any image of you that might appear in photographs or video taken at a symposium.
The Diversity Committee hosts an annual Chapter Program worth 4 hours of HR credit towards re-certification through SHRM and HRCI®
The committee host yearly symposiums that focuses on diversity-related topics and strives to increase awareness for diversity-related issues among our membership and their employers. Symposiums are smaller and less formal meetings for HRAM members and the Omaha community. It is FREE to attend; however, registration is required as seating is limited.
Dates: Second Wednesday of each month (will not meet in Jan, Apr, July and Oct 2018)
Location: Blue Cross Blue Shield Cafeteria Wahoo Conference Room, Aksarben Village - 1919 Aksarben Dr.
