The Fremont Area Management (Personnel) Association was formed to provide the interchange of ideas, experience and methods concerning the relationships between management and employees, and to promote professional ethics and acquaintanceship among those involved in professional personnel activities. In May 2016 it was approved to become supported by HRAM.
