Ashlei Spivey

Topic: “How to Bring Diversity Initiatives into Your Organization”

This session will take a deeper dive into diversity and inclusion strategies and what that looks like when implementing action plans and goals. This is not a lecture but rather a time for HR professionals or inclusion champions to engage in thoughtful dialogue and case studies to embed diversity, equity and inclusion more effectively.

  • Create a common language around the work and how that applies to individual sectors
  • Better understand the nuances in the work
  • Better understand strategies of implementation
  • Don’t leave in the same space you came
