TOPIC: Changing demographics, an aging workforce, rampant changes in technology are impacting today's workplace in profound ways. High rates of employee turnover, low productivity, and a lack of employee engagement costs organizations billions of dollars each year. Employee engagement, recruitment and retention challenges have emerged as top problems facing organizations today, due in part to the dynamics of today's workforce. This session will review the evolution of benefits and rewards programs leading up to today's total rewards model and the role of total rewards and top trends in employee engagement.

Stacie brings years of experience in the Human Resources field as both a consultant and practitioner. In her role at Lockton, she consults with client organizations on a wide range of HR areas, including recruiting and staffing strategies; succession planning; compliance audits and best practice reviews; handbook development and review; training; performance management programs; process mapping; human resources procedure development; and general day-to-day human resource-related issues.
Stacie has experience working with various industries such as manufacturing, nonprofit, retail and convenience store management, refinery, service organizations, healthcare organizations, beverage distributors, colleges, and start-ups. Her experience has provided her with a unique perspective that compliments her focus on practical consulting approaches and workable solutions for clients.
