As Executive Director for HRAM, Sarah Schulz is responsible for the operational management and direction of the organization, overseeing the financial activities and directing the strategic plan for the association. Sarah has been with HRAM since 2005. Before she became Executive Director, she was Chapter Manager and began as the Program Coordinator for HRAM.
Sarah has worked for ICAN (Institute for Career Advancement Needs) as a Program Coordinator and also has experience in retail management. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and has a BA in Journalism, with a degree in Advertising and an emphasis in Public Relations.
Sarah and her husband, Nick, their son, Nicholas, and daughter, Olive live in the Bennington neighborhood and enjoy the diversity and eclectic vibe the community offers. Sarah enjoys reading, jazzercise, traveling, family movie nights, hanging out with friends and volunteering for various organizations and her church. She is an avid Husker fan, and enjoys cheering them on any chance she gets.
HRAM Marketing & Communications Manager
Erin Crouch has been an employee of HRAM since August 2011. She began HRAM as the Program Coordinator, planning monthly programming, updating the HRAM website, performing marketing, accounting, customer service and administrative functions. In 2014, Erin transitioned to the role of Chapter Administrator due to her relocation to San Antonio, TX 2014-2016, and now currently holds the position of Marketing & Communications Manager while telecommtting from home in Montgomery, AL for HRAM maintaining her current role functions.
Erin previously worked as a coordinator at the Peru State College Graduate Center learning program, where she discovered a love for program coordination, event planning, and website maintenance. Prior to joining HRAM, she was Marketing Coordinator for a small financial advising firm which gave her the opportunity to travel and organize national events.
Erin graduated in 2005 from the University of Iowa with a BA in Marketing. She was a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity.
Erin, her husband, Chris, their son, Cooper and daughter, Gabrielle, are a military family and have been stationed in GA, MS, NE, TX and AL since August 2005. She felt blessed to work in a great community, such as Omaha, for 7 years that has opened many doors for her. She enjoys traveling with her family, boating, working out, playing volleyball, sewing, painting and walking her two dogs.
